Job Description – Finance & Compliance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the plant.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances .
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations .
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments .
• Support monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis .
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements .
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, tax and internal audits .
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters.
• Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

Requirements

• CA / CMA qualified candidates preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance .
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from a manufacturing plant location in Gujarat .
