We’re Hiring: AI QA Lead | 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced AI QA Lead to lead the development of an AI-powered QA automation platform for enterprise software products.

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 10+ Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Interview Process: Virtual + 1 Round In-Person

Key Responsibilities

▪️Own the end-to-end AI-driven test automation pipeline

▪️Design intelligent test generation, execution and self-healing workflows

▪️Define quality gates for coverage, correctness and resilience

▪️Develop test coverage strategies and identify automation gaps

▪️Establish execution quality metrics, reporting and cost tracking

▪️Lead and mentor QA engineers transitioning to AI-assisted automation

▪️Build trustworthy and auditable processes for AI-generated test output

▪️Present quality metrics and delivery progress to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

▪️10+ years of experience in Software QA with 5+ years in test automation

▪️Strong hands-on experience with modern browser automation frameworks

▪️Experience with Page Object Model (POM) architecture

▪️Strong understanding of test design and automation best practices

▪️Hands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development

▪️Understanding of LLM prompts, agent instructions and context management

▪️Experience evaluating AI-generated test code for quality and resilience

▪️Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, Python or .NET

▪️Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD and automated test execution

▪️Experience building evaluation pipelines, metrics and reporting

▪️Proven experience leading QA teams through tooling or methodology transitions

⭐ Preferred: Experience in complex enterprise domains such as Banking, Insurance, Taxation, Regulatory or similar industries.

Why This Role?

This is not a traditional QA automation role. You will be building the infrastructure that generates, validates, executes and self-heals automated tests across multiple enterprise products.
