Regional Director of Care for SNF Operations

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Director of Care to provide clinical leadership across a portfolio of about 10 skilled nursing facilities in Connecticut and Massachusetts. This hands-on role requires an RN with SNF leadership experience, capable of driving consistent standards of care across facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong CMS knowledge, regulatory expertise, and the ability to collaborate with DONs, Administrators, and regional leadership to improve resident outcomes.
