Position Overview
The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
Key Responsibilities· Lead and develop multi-site leadership teams.· Drive financial performance and portfolio growth.· Implement strategic initiatives while maintaining operational discipline.· Build, coach, and promote future leaders.· Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results.· Operate with a strategic mindset while remaining closely connected to day-to-day execution.
Qualifications· Proven success in multi-unit leadership (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or similar).· Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations.· Strong experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.· High level of personal and team accountability.· Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
