Also responsible for completing light grounds work including trash disposal and curb sweeping. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed is required. QualificationsMust read, write and speak English. Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently. Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs in ord
