Location: Lakehurst, NJ at our Fortune 500 client location.Pay: $32/hr.Normal business hours, Monday - Friday6 month temp position with extension/permanent conversion potential

This role serves as a direct interface with the customer, ensuring accurate and timely support of parts, logistics requirements, and aircraft readiness in a mission-critical environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolutionAnalyze delivery schedules, and requirements to support mission readinessCoordinate with program asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepanciesMaintain accurate data within client and customer logistics systemsPrepare and deliver reports on supply performance and metricsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with customer and program leadershipSupport shipping/receiving activities and associated documentationTrack and follow up on inbound and outbound shipmentsBuild and maintain strong, professional customer relationshipsSupport warehouse operations as required (including forklift operations)
Basic Qualifications (Required)Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory managementExperience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)What That Experience Should IncludeExperience supporting customer-facing or operational environments, not solely back-office workAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingDemonstrated ownership in identifying issues and driving them to resolutionComfort working with changing priorities and incomplete informationDemonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete all required training and qualification requirements in a timely manner to meet contractual, regulatory, and operational expectations.
Preferred Qualifications (not required)Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operationsFamiliarity with USAF supply systems (e.g., FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes)Experience with product deficiency reportingKnowledge of hazardous material handling and shippingAbility to interpret technical publications or engineering documentation
Work Environment & Expectations100% onsite role supporting flightline and operational activitiesMay require flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to respond to operational needs outside standard working hoursPotential for domestic and international travel, sometimes on short noticeMay require deployment in support of DoD contingency operations
