What You'll Do
Market available apartments across multiple advertising platforms.Respond to inbound leads and convert inquiries into showings.Schedule and conduct apartment tours.Build relationships with renters and guide them through the leasing process.Stay up to date on available inventory and new leasing opportunities.Follow up consistently, negotiate, and close deals.
What We're Looking For
Previous apartment leasing or real estate experience.Strong knowledge of Chicago's rental market and surrounding suburbs.Self-motivated agents who are comfortable managing multiple leads and showings.Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

Compensation: $40,000–$150,000 annually (1099 independent contractor, commission-based position).
