This role focuses on managing talent careers, driving monetization, and building strong industry connections across live events and brand partnerships. </p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li> Manage <strong> end-to-end artist representation </strong> , including bookings, scheduling, and coordination </li><li> Drive revenue through <strong> live shows, brand deals, endorsements, and collaborations </strong></li><li> Build and maintain relationships with <strong> brands, promoters, venues, and partners </strong></li><li> Negotiate <strong> contracts, commercials, and performance agreements </strong></li><li> Develop and execute <strong> career growth strategies </strong> for artists </li><li> Coordinate with <strong> marketing, PR, and content teams </strong> to enhance visibility </li><li> Identify new opportunities across <strong> events, tours, and digital platforms </strong></li><li> Lead commercial strategy for events, tours, brand deals, and IPs </li></ul><p><strong> Must-Have Skills </strong></p><ul><li> Experience in <strong> artist management, talent management, or live events </strong></li><li> Strong <strong> network within the music or events industry </strong></li><li> Excellent <strong> negotiation and deal-closing skills </strong></li><li> Strong <strong> communication and relationship management </strong></li><li> Understanding of <strong> artist branding and monetization models </strong></li><li> Ability to manage <strong> multiple artists and fast-paced schedules </strong></li></ul><p><strong> Requirements </strong></p><ul><li><strong>4–8 years </strong> of experience in artist/talent management or live events </li><li> Experience handling <strong> artist bookings, contracts, and partnerships </strong></li><li> Highly organized with a <strong> hands-on, execution-focused approach </strong></li></ul>
