Senior Operations Leadership Role – Brokerage Operations (COBAM & Onboarding) Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory) Experience Levels Hiring: • 18 Years (Senior Leadership Level) Key Skills: • COBAM (Client Onboarding & Account Management) • Account Opening & Maintenance • Reference Data Management • Wealth Management / Financial Services Operations Note: Profiles from KYC / AML / Due Diligence backgrounds will not be considered Role Overview: • Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50 team size) • Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding • Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management • Own financials – budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization • Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment • Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs • Build and develop high-performing teams Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions • Manage complex operations with strong control frameworks • Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges • Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition • Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making Required Qualifications: • 10 years of experience in Account Onboarding & Reference Data • 3 years of leadership experience • Experience managing large teams (50) and complex operations • Strong stakeholder management and global exposure • Expertise in risk management and operational controls • Willingness to work in night shifts Preferred Qualifications: • MBA / CA / Finance background • Experience in Wealth Management operations • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement frameworks • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills How to Apply: If interested and suitable Share your updated resume with • Current CTC • Expected CTC • Notice Period
