Hiring: Outreach & Partnerships Associate | Part-Time

Perspective Innovators is looking for a sharp, self-driven individual to help us expand our workshops across schools, educational organizations, communities, nonprofits, youth networks, and other relevant sectors.

This is a hands-on outreach role. You will identify potential partners, connect with the right people, build relationships, follow up consistently, and help convert conversations into workshops and collaborations.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Understand the depth and purpose of what we are building
• Research and identify strong outreach opportunities
• Communicate confidently with schools and organizations
• Take ownership and move conversations forward
• Bring ideas, judgment, and consistency to the work

We are open to recent graduates and professionals with up to 3–4 years of experience . Prior experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, education, community engagement, or similar work is helpful.

Part-time | Remote | Project-based

The engagement can be extended based on performance and evolving project requirements.
