What you will be doing:

• Drive Enterprise and Government sales for Audio Visual solutions.
• Identify and develop opportunities across corporates, enterprises, government departments, PSUs, institutions, consultants.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers , government stakeholders, consultants, system integrators, and project partners.
• Identify and track upcoming enterprise projects , government tenders, GeM opportunities, and institutional requirements.
• Understand customer and project requirements and work closely with Pre-Sales to position the right end-to-end AV solution.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and opportunity identification to requirement gathering, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong project and opportunity pipeline through market mapping, customer engagement, tenders, and project tracking.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and drive business growth through solution-based and consultative selling.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Government Sales , Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales within the AV or ELV industry.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, government departments, PSUs, institutions, consultants, or large projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer, government, and project meetings.
