We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Start your journey with a fixed salary of ₹20,000/month, with earning potential of up to ₹1 Lakh per month through our attractive incentive structure. • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/recommendations
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, quotations, and proposals
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions (CRM)
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work under targets and handle pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred (for field sales roles)

• Start with: ₹20,000/month Fixed
• Earn Upto: ₹1,00,000/month (Fixed + Uncapped Incentives)
