They're looking for a Head of Engineering to own the technical execution from here.This isn't a hands-off leadership role. You'd be close to the code, setting the architecture, building the team, and working directly with the founder on how the product gets built. Real equity. Real authority. Real impact.

They want someone who's already operated at this level - who's led engineering teams, made architectural decisions under pressure, and knows what good looks like at an early-stage company moving fast.
