This role is essential to ensuring a smooth client experience from application through closing.
Key Responsibilities:Assist loan officers with applications, documentation, and administrative tasks throughout the loan origination process.Collect, review, organize, and track borrower documents to help ensure files are complete and ready for the next steps.Follow up with borrowers and other parties to obtain outstanding documents, provide updates, and keep transactions moving forward.Track active deals and maintain accurate spreadsheets, pipeline records, and transaction updates.Support both new leads and existing clients through phone calls, follow-up communication, and general assistance as needed.Communicate with borrowers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members to help coordinate the lending process.Assist with disclosures, document processing, and follow-up on outstanding items and loan conditions.Manage multiple transactions and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professionalism.Qualifications:Previous mortgage or financial services experience preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable making phone calls, following up with clients, and coordinating documents and tasks.Proficiency in spreadsheets, data entry, and recordkeeping; loan origination software experience is a plus.Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively support loan officer; mortgage documentation and underwriting knowledge is a plus.What We Offer:A collaborative team environment with supportive leadership.Competitive compensation, including hourly pay and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional development and career growth within West Capital Lending.Modern systems and technology designed to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. xzbcwsv The opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and help deliver an excellent client experience.
