Hiring: Senior Manager – Insurance Sales

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Reporting To: Head – Fin Tech

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Insurance Sales to lead our insurance business growth. The ideal candidate will drive sales strategy, manage sales performance, build insurance partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute insurance sales strategies

* Drive revenue growth across insurance products

* Manage and mentor sales teams

* Build relationships with insurance partners and customers

* Track sales performance and achieve business targets

* Ensure compliance and operational excellence

Requirements:

* 6+ years of experience in Insurance Sales/Business Development

* Proven experience in team management and achieving targets

* Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution channels

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
