Lead - Application Quality & Release management

Location: Kochi, Work from office Experience: 12–18 years Employment Type: Full Time Role Summary We are seeking a Lead - Application Quality & Release management with strong experience in change management, project coordination and application testing. The role will work closely with business, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases, timely CCR closure, and smooth delivery in a regulated, enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Validate business workflows, integrations, and signoffs prior to production deployment Manage and track internal CCRs / tickets, ensuring prioritization and closure Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCR follow-ups and dependency management Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk escalation Lead UAT and pre-production testing activities and ensure release readiness Maintain documentation for test results, CCR status, and release approvals Required Skills & Experience 12–18 years of experience in release, or delivery roles, application testing, and UAT Strong experience in CCR / ticket management and cross-team coordination Proven project management exposure Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Advantage Experience or domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, trading, or brokerage Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools and technologies Exposure to release management and DevOps practices
