Key Responsibilities:
-Advisor Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Identify and outreach to active MFDs, IFAs, CFP professionals, and regional distributor networks.
-Empanelment Execution: Guide prospective advisors through the empanelment lifecycle—verifying AMFI/ARN credentials, facilitating digital agency agreements, and setting up portal access.
Product Orientation & Training: Conduct product webinars and roadshows to educate advisors on product structures, risk metrics, security coverage, and competitive positioning.
-Channel Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for empanelled advisors, delivering timely updates, marketing kits, and payout support to maintain high partner activation rates.
-What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in B2 B financial distribution, MFD channel management, or distributor empanelment at an AMC, NBFC, Broking House, or Wealth Tech platform.
-Network: Strong existing relationships with IFA associations, regional MFD circles, and independent financial consultants.
-Product Expertise: Clear understanding of fixed-income instruments, NCD private placements, ARN registration rules, and SEBI/AMFI compliance guidelines.
-Communication Skills: Strong presentation and relationship-building skills to present compelling distribution partnership proposals to busy wealth professionals.
