Mobile Fabric Technician / Maintenance Handy Person – London Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Location: London – Mobile
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | 40 hours
Vehicle: Company vehicle + fuel card
Employment: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Technician / Maintenance Handy Person to join an established building services and maintenance company, covering a range of commercial and high-profile buildings across London .
This is a varied mobile role suited to someone with a strong background in carpentry, painting, decorating or general fabric maintenance , who is comfortable working across multiple sites and dealing directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive fabric maintenance
Carpentry and general building maintenance
Painting and decorating
Minor repairs and remedial works
Carry out general fabric and handyman duties as required
Identify and report potential building issues
Liaise with clients, colleagues and site teams
Complete relevant job sheets, reports and daily paperwork
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard
Work independently across multiple London sites
About You The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years' experience in carpentry, painting or fabric maintenance
A good understanding of general building maintenance
Experience working across commercial buildings or multiple sites
Ability to undertake a range of minor building and fabric repairs
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A professional and proactive approach
CSCS Card desirable/required
Full UK right to work
Package Up to £36,000 per annum
Company vehicle + fuel card
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
40-hour working week
