Scope of Work : Develop, assess, and implement financial objectives and operational policy. Leading and delivering complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for our clients. Ensuring that all Operations are managed as per clients’ requirements & Statutory Compliances. Introduce Process improvement with clear focus on Automation & Productivity. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables. manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance. Ability to develop scalable processes from scratch/ Proven track record of developing and implementing best practice processes to increase efficiency. Lead, delegate and effectively manage large teams. Possession of key competencies including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making. In charge of the department’s attrition and adherence management, therefore they support the reporting Leadership team by offering assistance for client’s escalations well as for employee’s concerns. Increasing the systems, procedures, and best practices for operational management that ensure the health of the organization. Meets the Operations team financial KRAs of Per FTE Revenue & Gross Profit Margins. Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the market. Work alongside cross functional teams Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Handson experience to Overseas Accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero etc Perform monthly review of the Financial Statements made across for all the clients. Competence Requirements Graduation or Post Graduation or Chartered Accountant 15 Years of work experience out of which 5 years should be in a leadership position with a large organization in a similar operations role. Managing the team size of 250 team members Multi-location & Industries operations experience will be an added advantage.
