AB InBev India is looking to hire Manager -Health, Safety & Security (HSS) for its Supply team based out of Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

Key Focus Areas

1. Strategy & Leadership: Deploy plant Health, safety & Security strategy and build strong leadership ownership
2. VPO Safety Pillar: Lead implementation and integrate safety into daily operations
3. Culture & Behavior: Drive LSR discipline, speak-up culture, and BBS engagement
4. Risk Management: Enable proactive risk identification and eliminate critical risks
5. Safety Capex: Manage and align capex to risk priorities (1YP & 3YP)
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive RCA, learning, and data-led decisions
7. Capability Building: Strengthen frontline and leadership safety capability

1. Strong near-miss & hazard reporting
2. Consistent LSR adherence
3. Visible safety leadership
4. Fewer high-potential incidents
5. Sustained VPO maturity

Qualification:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience
2. Btech/Mtech with additional safety qualification
