We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our Charleston Regional Team.
Qualifications/Experience:7 to 10 years of experience as the lead team member preferredHas experience in establishing building layout and controlProficient in document change and RFI managementAbility to maintain a high level of quality throughoutStrong leadership skills, ability to mentor and train othersMonitors and addresses production through various tradesStrong focus on conflict resolutionHealthcare experience desired
Responsibilities / Essential Functions:Ensure safe practices are used in the execution of project workAssist with the development and communication of the project plan to include the project schedule, site logistics, safety, and quality programsCoordinate the work of multiple subcontractors and lead subcontractor coordination meetings on a regular basisConduct planning and maintenance of shutdowns and tie-insMaintain daily reports using 360 FieldEnsure all work is installed in accordance with the contract documentsAssist in resolving construction issues to maintain the productivity of subcontractorsExperience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost controlCapable of producing and updating detailed schedulesStrong communication skills, ability to run meetings and coordinate with Owners and DesignersExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to collaborate daily with the project teamOSHA 30-hour trained
