Job Description
We're hiring a CFO to help build the financial backbone of India's clean-fuel transition.
At Greenjoules , we turn agri-waste into Renewable Diesel and Bionaphtha — drop-in fuels with one of the lowest carbon footprints on the planet. We're scaling fast: new biorefineries, Series B behind us, and big capacity coming online.
To get there, we need a finance leader who has built and run finance in a manufacturing company — someone who understands plants, capex, project finance, and the discipline of making numbers work at industrial scale.
You'll own:
Fundraising, capital structure, and investor relationships Project & plant finance for capacity expansion Cost, controls, and the systems that let us grow without breakingYou bring, as qualified Chartered Account :
Senior finance leadership in a manufacturing / industrial business Comfort with capex-heavy growth, debt + equity, and Boardroom conversations A builder's mindset — we're scaling, not maintainingBased in Pune.
