Job DescriptionSeeking a senior Tech Lead / Key Personnel to support complex software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and technical integration initiatives in a classified environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack development, hands-on AWS expertise, technical leadership, and systems integration experience, with AWS SME-level knowledge strongly preferred.
ResponsibilitiesLead technical teams and complex initiatives across software engineering, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, networking, and systems integrationDesign, develop, and integrate full-stack applications in a classified environmentDevelop using Java, JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.jsDesign, configure, and support AWS environments, including RDS and EC2/Elastic ComputeProvide technical guidance on cloud architecture, application development, infrastructure, and system integrationSupport complex cloud, standalone, multi-classification, and high-performance computing (HPC) environmentsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee technical execution from planning through completionCommunicate technical requirements, solutions, risks, and recommendations to technical and leadership audiencesIdentify opportunities to improve information systems processes and technical integration
QualificationsActive TS/SCI with CI PolyBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field5+ years of relevant experienceStrong full-stack software development experience in a classified environmentHands-on experience with AWS, RDS, and EC2/Elastic ComputeExperience with Java, JavaScript, Python, React, and Node.jsDemonstrated technical leadership and systems integration experienceStrong communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Have QualificationsAWS SME-level expertise and/or AWS certificationsExperience with HPC environments or integrationsIT networking experienceExperience with multi-classification environments and standalone systemsCloud architecture and large-scale systems integration experienceExperience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
