Key Responsibilities

Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one learning sessions at children's homes. Deliver engaging, play-based activities using Raising Superstars' learning kits. Adapt lessons according to each child's learning pace and developmental stage. Share progress updates with parents after sessions. Maintain attendance and progress reports through the mobile app. Ensure safety, hygiene, and professionalism during home visits. Attend training programs and ongoing educator development sessions.
