Zeal Med Staffing is seeking a Permanent Orthodontist to join a well-established orthodontic practice serving patients across two established locations in Ashland, Kentucky and Portsmouth, Ohio .

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Orthodontist looking for the stability of a full-time permanent position without a traditional 5-day clinical schedule . The practice typically operates on just 3 clinical days per week , giving you greater flexibility while still allowing you to build a strong, long-term patient base.

You'll step into established offices with an experienced support team, dedicated practice leadership, and an impressive suite of digital orthodontic technology.

OPPORTUNITY DETAILS

• Position: Permanent Orthodontist

• Locations: Ashland, KY & Portsmouth, OH

• Employment: Full-Time

• Clinical Schedule: Typically 3 days per week

• Approximately 6–7 doctor days per month at each location

• Schedule rotates between locations based on patient demand

• Non-clinical/admin days are typically Mondays and Thursdays

• Significant flexibility to help design your clinical schedule

Ashland, KY

• 8 operatories

Portsmouth, OH

• 8 operatories

Dedicated Support Team

• 5 Dental Assistants across the practices

• Dedicated Treatment Coordinator

• Established practice leadership

• Experienced clinical and administrative support

• Orthodontist will have input in future team hiring decisions

ADVANCED ORTHODONTIC TECHNOLOGY

Practice with the technology you need to provide efficient, modern orthodontic care:

• iTero scanners

• i-CAT CBCT at both locations

• 3D printers at both offices

• Digital orthodontic workflows

• Intraoral imaging through iTero

• Extraoral photography capabilities

• Invisalign treatment capabilities

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and treatment plan orthodontic cases

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Select appropriate appliances and treatment modalities

• Prescribe and manage Invisalign treatment

• Oversee patients throughout the full course of treatment

• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams

• Provide high-quality, patient-focused orthodontic care
