Lyxaa is a futuristic health optimisation and longevity startup focused on prevention, personalisation and measurable outcomes.
We combine advanced diagnostics, IV nutrition, wearables and non-invasive therapies to deliver medically supervised, evidence-based and personalised healthcare experiences.
This is a sales-first clinical coordination role.
We are looking for a GNM-qualified nurse with practical experience in IV cannulation, infusion therapy, phlebotomy and blood sample collection.
The candidate will drive client acquisition, conversions and revenue while using strong nursing knowledge and clinical confidence to build trust with clients.
The ideal candidate must be capable of answering health-related questions accurately, explaining Lyxaa’s protocols clearly and guiding clients without relying entirely on a fixed sales script.
The Clinical Care Coordinator will administer IV nutrition and infusion therapies, perform blood collection and sample handling, and manage front-office operations, billing, appointment coordination, telecalling and client follow-ups.
Performance will be measured through revenue generated, clients onboarded, appointments closed and lead conversion rates, in addition to the quality and safety of clinical services provided.

Lyxaa is an early-stage healthtech startup, and this role is designed for that reality. We are looking for a self-initiator who does not wait to be told what to do, takes ownership and is willing to contribute beyond a fixed job description as the team and service lines grow.
The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and top management team, gaining direct exposure to the day-to-day realities of building and scaling a healthtech startup. This is an opportunity to learn the A–Z of startup building, including clinical operations, client experience, sales, marketing coordination, administration, technology-enabled healthcare and business growth.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about building a purpose-driven organisation and who shares our social commitment to preventing non-communicable diseases through proactive, preventive and personalised healthcare.
Adaptability, ownership, curiosity, a strong sales mindset and a willingness to learn are just as important as clinical skills. This role is best suited for someone who wants more than a conventional nursing job and is excited to grow alongside a young healthcare company creating meaningful social impact.
• Convert leads, enquiries and walk-in visitors into paying clients across Lyxaa’s services, particularly IV nutrition, diagnostic and preventive healthcare programmes.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from marketing campaigns and the CRM.
• Explain Lyxaa’s diagnostics, IV therapies and wellness programmes confidently based on each client’s health goals.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads, previous clients and clients who missed appointments.
• Identify relevant opportunities to recommend additional services, diagnostic tests or programmes.
• Record every lead, follow-up and conversion accurately in the CRM.
• Answer client questions using accurate, evidence-based health information.
• Clearly explain IV nutrition protocols, diagnostic test preparation, expected benefits, contraindications and safety precautions.
• Educate clients about preventive health and lifestyle topics connected to Lyxaa’s services.
• Explain blood collection procedures and diagnostic test requirements in simple language.
• Escalate questions outside the nursing scope to the supervising doctor.
• Ensure that all information shared with clients is medically responsible and does not include exaggerated or unverified claims.
• Administer IV nutrition, vitamin drips and injectable therapies according to physician-approved protocols.
• Complete pre-infusion assessments, including vitals, allergy history, informed consent and IV site preparation.
• Monitor clients throughout the infusion and immediately escalate adverse reactions to the supervising doctor.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation, including dosage, batch numbers, infusion time and vital signs.
• Follow aseptic techniques, infection-control practices and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
• Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection safely and comfortably.
• Verify client details and test requirements before collecting samples.
• Label, package and document samples accurately according to test requisitions.
• Coordinate the timely handover or transportation of samples to Lyxaa’s diagnostic laboratory partners.
• Maintain accurate sample collection, requisition and dispatch records.
• Follow infection-control, biosafety and sharps-disposal protocols at all times.
• Minimise client discomfort and provide a calm, professional blood collection experience.
• Welcome clients, visitors and walk-ins professionally and warmly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and premium front-office environment.
• Coordinate appointments, diagnostic collections, IV sessions and follow-up schedules.
• Assist clients with service, test preparation and location-related enquiries.
• Manage client communication through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person interactions.
• Generate and process client bills through billing software or manual records.
• Handle cash, UPI and card payments responsibly.
• Maintain accurate daily cash registers and billing records.
• Coordinate with the accountant or CA firm for financial documentation and periodic audits.
• Monthly revenue generated
• Number of new clients onboarded
• Appointments and deals closed from assigned leads
• Lead follow-up and conversion rates
• Accuracy and safety of IV therapy and blood sample collection
• Quality of clinical documentation and sample management
• GNM qualification with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration
• 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Practical experience in IV cannulation and infusion therapy
• Hands-on experience in phlebotomy and blood sample collection
• Knowledge of sample labelling, storage, documentation and transportation
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in answering client health questions
