Job Summary

We are looking for a fast-paced, target-driven IT Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will identify and qualify candidates with a software engineering background who want to be trained and placed as consultants in Cloud, Data Science, and Data Engineering. You will source high volumes of profiles every day from Indeed, LinkedIn, and online tech communities, screen them for fit, and keep our applicant pipeline full and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Identify and qualify up to 100 candidate profiles per day from Indeed, LinkedIn, online forums, and other tech communities.
• Targeted Candidate Search: Find candidates with software engineering, programming, or related IT backgrounds (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, .NET, QA, or support roles) who are interested in moving into Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Science, or Data Engineering careers.
• Profile Qualification: Review resumes and profiles to confirm education, technical skills, years of experience, work authorization, location or relocation preferences, and interest in a training-to-consulting program.
• Candidate Outreach: Write clear, personalized messages and make initial calls to introduce our training and consulting opportunity and gauge candidate interest.
• Initial Screening: Conduct short screening calls to assess technical foundation, communication skills, career goals, and commitment to completing training before passing candidates to recruiters.
• ATS Data Management: Upload qualified profiles into the Applicant Tracking System with complete, accurate notes, tags, and status updates.
• Pipeline Reporting: Track daily sourcing numbers, response rates, and conversion metrics, and share regular updates with the recruiting team.
• Market Awareness: Stay current on demand for Cloud and Data skills, popular certifications, and hiring trends to refine search strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, IT Recruiter, or Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a staffing, consulting, or training-and-placement environment.
• Tech Literacy: Working knowledge of software engineering roles and technologies, along with a basic understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Engineering tools (SQL, Spark, ETL, Snowflake), and Data Science concepts (Python, machine learning, analytics).
• Sourcing Skills: Strong command of Indeed Resume Search, LinkedIn (including LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and online forum or community sourcing.
• Volume & Speed: Proven ability to meet daily targets of up to 100 qualified profiles while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• ATS Proficiency: Experience entering and managing candidate data in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English to engage candidates confidently and professionally.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with screening for work authorization and visa status.
• Experience recruiting for IT training, bench sales, or consulting programs.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven, onsite environment.
