RN Acute Care Clinical Care Annex

UCHealth is seeking an RN for our Acute Care Clinical Care Annex. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based bedside nursing care, coordinate complex treatment plans, and support patients and families through acute episodes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe transitions and excellent outcomes.
