What You’ll Do Provide direct behavioral support to elementary school students with autism and related behavioral needs. Implement behavior intervention plans and individualized support strategies under the direction of the supervising professional. Apply evidence-based behavioral techniques to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Support students in developing communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
