Role Description The Civil Billing Executive (Construction) will manage day-to-day billing activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of invoices and related documentation. Responsibilities include verifying contractor and vendor bills, coordinating with site and project teams to validate quantities and work completion, and maintaining up-to-date billing records and reports. The role involves resolving billing discrepancies, supporting finance in payment processing, and preparing summaries for management review. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City, requiring close collaboration with project, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth billing operations and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction Billing Process and Invoicing, with the ability to manage project-wise bills and documentation.
- Solid Finance and Analytical Skills to validate quantities, check rates, and ensure accuracy in billing and cost tracking.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders and resolve billing issues.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with billing or ERP software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of civil construction concepts, measurements, and basic contract terms; prior experience in construction billing is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Accounting, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
