IT Support Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused Colleague Care Analyst to provide IT support, manage service tickets, resolve colleague escalations, coordinate with IT service providers, and assist with new employee onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of help desk or customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT service support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT support processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including managing multiple mailboxes.
• Excellent written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL principles.
