Embrace Excellence We are looking for an experienced Office Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our New York office while providing operational oversight and support to our Miami and Los Angeles locations. This is a highly visible role focused on creating a safe, efficient and professional workplace environment, whilst ensuring consistently high standards across multiple office locations. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class workplace experience by:

  • Leading the day-to-day management of our New York office and supporting operations across Miami and Los Angeles.
  • Managing office operations, facilities, workplace services and office governance to ensure a safe, compliant and well-maintained environment.
  • Acting as the primary contact for landlords, building management, contractors, service providers and vendors.
  • Overseeing office budgets, purchasing, supplier management and cost-control initiatives to maximise value and service quality.
  • Driving workplace improvements and partnering with internal teams to support operational needs across the business.
  • Managing office security, access control, facilities maintenance and contractor performance.
  • Leading the planning and delivery of business events, client engagements, town halls, trainings, workshops and other corporate gatherings.
  • Managing event logistics, suppliers, budgets and execution to ensure exceptional experiences for employees, customers and visitors.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the Office Coordinator and helping drive consistent standards across all locations.
Your Talent and Skills

We are looking for someone who brings experience in leading workplace operations and creating exceptional office environments:

  • Proven experience in office management, workplace services, facilities management, hospitality operations or a similar environment.
  • Experience managing office operations, facilities, vendors, contractors and service providers.
  • Strong event planning and delivery experience within a corporate, hospitality, client-facing or premium service environment.
  • Experience managing budgets, supplier relationships and purchasing activities.
  • Experience within premium consumer goods, luxury, hospitality or service-led industries would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP, purchase order management and invoice processing would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to support occasional travel and evening events when required.
