About The Role

We are looking for a confident and patient-focused Patient Relationship & Sales Executive to manage patient communication, follow-ups, package conversions and renewals.

Key Responsibility

Handle patient enquiries through calls and Whats App. Schedule and confirm appointments. Build strong relationships with patients. Explain assessments, treatment plans and packages. Follow up with patients for package conversion and renewals. Manage leads and patient information in CRM. Coordinate with therapists and front desk. Track follow-ups, conversions and pending payments. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, customer relationship or similar roles. Excellent communication in Hindi & English. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Patient-friendly, professional and target-oriented. Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
