Commercial Operations Manager

Frenkel Topping Group is seeking a driven and commercially minded Commercial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in aligning Business Development and Marketing across the Group. This is a unique opportunity to influence growth strategy, improve commercial performance and help build a joined-up, data-led approach across multiple businesses.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for tracking performance against commercial objectives, implementing KPI frameworks, overseeing opportunity pipelines, and ensuring marketing and business development activities are delivering measurable results. Acting as the central link between teams, you’ll drive collaboration, consistency and accountability to support ambitious growth plans.This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial operations, business development or performance management who thrives on turning strategy into action. You’ll use data, insight and strong stakeholder relationships to improve decision-making, optimise processes and ensure commercial activities deliver maximum impact.
