As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Acute Care at TriStar Health, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care on an acute care unit. You will oversee daily patient flow, prioritize admissions and discharges, and support bedside nurses in managing complex cases. In partnership with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will lead care planning, monitor clinical outcomes, and reinforce safety and infection-prevention standards.
