Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based at SS Premier Honda’s Dharmapuri location. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and guiding team members to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing the showroom floor, engaging with customers, conducting test drives, explaining product features and financing options, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role also involves developing local sales strategies, coordinating promotional activities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and preparing regular sales reports for management. The Sales Manager will collaborate with service, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience leading and motivating sales teams, with the ability to set and track performance goals.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use dealership or CRM software effectively.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
