Role Description The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client financial needs, recommending appropriate products and services, handling queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves regular in-person meetings, follow-ups through calls and emails, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane, requiring consistent presence at the office and occasional client visits within the region.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, active listening, and empathy. Solid knowledge of financial products and services, such as Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, PMS, AIF Insurance, and basic wealth management. Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritise tasks, and meet sales or service targets. Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software for documentation and reporting. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial services are an advantage. Prior experience in financial advisory or customer-facing roles is preferred. Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working on-site in Thane and engaging with clients in person on a regular basis.Details
