Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Delhi/NCR based only | Remote work with occasional travel for events | ₹10K 10% commission on every converted sale About BAVA BAVA is a streetwear label and art collective, we build products around mythology, culture, and design that actually means something. We're a small, fast-moving team, so everyone wears multiple hats and gets real ownership from day one. Customer Care & Sales Associate We're looking for someone who can own the full order journey, from the moment someone hits "add to cart" to the moment their package lands at their door (and beyond, if there's an exchange or refund involved). You'll be the glue between our warehouse, vendors, shipping partners, and customers. What you'll be doing: Creating shipping labels and managing the end-to-end shipping process Order confirmations and coordinating with vendors Handling customer support — order queries, exchanges, refunds, complaints Driving add-to-cart conversions and upselling products to customers Supporting in person at offline events/pop-ups (occasional travel involved) Maintaining and updating Excel sheets — order trackers, inventory, sales data Working directly with shipping partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and others to resolve delays, NDRs, RTOs, etc. What we're looking for: Based in Delhi/NCR Prior experience working with Shiprocket, Delhivery, or similar shipping/courier platforms Comfortable with Excel — pivot tables, basic formulas, clean data handling Basic understanding of AI prompting (using tools like ChatGPT to work faster/smarter) Some experience or strong instinct for customer service and sales Genuine interest in fashion and e-commerce, with basic understanding of how online stores work Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with the brand Good communication skills — you'll be talking to customers, vendors, and the team daily Compensation: ₹10,000/month 10% commission on every sale you help convert If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
