Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.
• Lead and mentor an offshore BI team, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely execution.
• Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain reliable reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and optimize data pipelines.
• Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs, and communicate updates.
• Identify process enhancements and drive best practices across BI operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization
• Solid experience in data analytics and business intelligence concepts
• Ability to manage end-to-end BI projects and deliver actionable insights
• Experience in data validation, governance, and quality assurance
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline optimization
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
