Vice President, Income Tax

About the Role We are seeking a Vice President, Income Tax to lead the global income tax function for a complex consumer products organization. This executive will oversee tax accounting, compliance, planning, transfer pricing, and international taxation while partnering closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Business Development. The role combines strategic tax leadership with hands-on execution and will play an important part in M Master's in Taxation preferred. CPA required. 18+ years of relevant tax experience, including a combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience. Experience within retail and/or consumer products. Deep expertise in domestic and international income taxation. Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740, tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, and book/tax differences. Demonstrated experience creating, managing, or leading an income tax function. Experience leading teams within a complex or matrixed organization. Strong understanding of consolidation and financial reporting processes. M
