Job Title: Junior Multimedia Designer

Experience Required: 1–2 Years in graphic design, multimedia design or a related role.

Work Mode: On-Site (Monday to Friday)

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating graphic design and video-editing work is mandatory. Candidates will be required to complete a short practical assessment during the selection process. Please mention your current CTC, expected CTC and notice period while applying.

Key Responsibilities

Design and update product labels, ensuring accuracy, print readiness and consistency with brand guidelines. Create and edit engaging short-form video content for social media platforms. Develop creative assets for Gumazing's social media channels, website, online stores and digital campaigns. Support multimedia production, including graphics, videos, advertisements and marketing materials. Create exhibition materials, product mock-ups, basic 3 D visuals and regional asset adaptations. Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms, markets and languages. Coordinate with marketing, regulatory and product teams to complete creative requirements. Organise design files and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed timelines and deadlines.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography and visual communication. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, After Effects or similar video-editing software. Experience creating social media and digital marketing content. Knowledge of print production, colour modes, dimensions, bleed and file preparation. Basic knowledge of 3 D design, product visualisation or rendering is preferred. Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain accuracy across multiple deliverables. Strong attention to detail, organisation and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with different teams and work within deadlines. Willingness to learn, experiment and adapt to evolving creative requirements. A portfolio showcasing graphic design, video-editing or multimedia work is mandatory. Academic and freelance work will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree, diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation or a related field is preferred.
