Receptionist (Entry Level) — Advanced Carbide Grinding

Advanced Carbide Grinding is seeking an entry level receptionist to maintain general office duties. This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, and is ideal for an organized, personable individual who enjoys working in a office environment. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and vendors, handling incoming phone lines, greeting visitors, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering a multi-line phone system promptly and routing calls professionally.


• Providing friendly, efficient customer service in person and by phone.


• Basic invoicing and data entry using company software or spreadsheets.


• General filing, both electronic and paper, and maintaining accurate records.


• Light office cleaning and organization to keep the reception area tidy.


• Assisting with mail, appointments, and occasional administrative projects.

Applicants should have basic computer and typing skills, a willingness to learn company-specific processes, and a professional attitude. Experience with invoicing or office software is helpful but not required; we will provide on-the-job training. The ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and communicate clearly is essential.
