Operations Manager

Position Overview We are looking for a high-level, execution-focused Operations Manager to serve as the de facto Site Head for our mobile video game studio in Bangalore. With a tight-knit team of 30 talented front-end developers, back-end developers, QC Engineers, and support staff, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between high-level studio strategy and day-to-day execution. In this role, you will be the ultimate enabler for the game development team. By owning the operational, administrative, financial, and cultural health of the studio, you will clear the runway so our creatives can focus on what they do best: building incredible games.
