Job Description – Customer Service Executive

Company: Palki Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Duty: Shifting Duty

Eligibility

• HS Pass / Graduate.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or hospitality will be preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer queries regarding tours, travel services, bookings, and packages.
• Assist customers with booking-related requirements and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, travel partners, and internal teams.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, confirmations, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in achieving customer service and business targets.
