Job Description

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive strategic sales across wellness, telehealth & safety solutions
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and deal strategy
• Lead enterprise-level solution selling and negotiations

Deal Leadership & Execution

• Own high-value B2B deals end-to-end
• Close complex MSAs and long-term partnerships
• Act as the face of CircleDV in key client conversations

Account Growth & Retention

• Build strong relationships with shipowners, operators & enterprise clients
• Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead QBRs and ensure value realization

Business Development

• Identify and win new clients across maritime & industrial sectors
• Build strategic partnerships and channel networks
• Represent CircleDV at industry events and forums

Experience

• 10+ years in Sales / Business Development, with strong maritime experience (must-have)
• Proven track record in enterprise sales & client acquisition
• Strong exposure to shipping, offshore, or industrial environments
• Ability to sell tech-enabled solutions (health, safety, fintech, or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills
• MBA / Maritime background (COC or seafaring experience is a strong plus)
