Finance Business Intelligence Analyst

Temporary contract | 6 months | £300–£400 per day | Worcester/ [hybrid arrangement] | Start: mid-OctoberArden is partnering with a leading international business to find an experienced Finance BI Analyst for an immediate contract with its UK operation.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning finance and operational data into clear, reliable reporting. You'll work closely with the Finance Director to build and improve the UK business's reporting and analysis, giving the leadership team and the group head office in Europe better visibility of performance.What you'll be doing-Finance Business Intelligence AnalystDesigning, building and maintaining dashboards and reports, mainly in Power BI and ExcelExtracting, cleaning and modelling data from Microsoft Dynamics NAVWorking with the Finance Director and UK directors to understand their reporting needs and turn them into practical solutionsProviding analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and variance commentaryTaking on defined analytical projects to help the finance function run more efficientlyWhat we're looking for-Finance Business Intelligence AnalystProven experience in a BI, data or reporting analyst role, ideally within a finance functionStrong Power BI skills, including DAX and data modellingExperience working with data from Dynamics NAV, Business Central or a similar ERPA good understanding of management accounts, budgets and forecastsThe ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and deliver quicklyA self-starter who can make an impact from day one with minimal hand-holdingAvailability to start in mid-OctoberFinance Business Intelligence Analyst experience of reporting to an overseas parent company, would be an advantage.This is an excellent opportunity to make a visible difference in a short time within a supportive, international business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
