Role: Senior Manager – New Business Development

Location: Gurgaon , 5 Days WFO

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage CRM, sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development KPIs
• Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, proposals, concept notes, and commercial submissions
• Develop budgets, pricing models, cost estimates, and profitability assessments
• Coordinate with Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Technical, M&E, and Communications teams
• Drive proposal timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder coordination
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sustainability/industry intelligence
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs, and customer-facing materials
• Support conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and client engagement
• Improve BD processes, CRM workflows, SOPs, templates, and automation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, International Development , or a related field
• MBA/Master's degree preferred
• 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Proposal Management
• Strong commercial and business development acumen
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, proposal writing, and storytelling skills
• Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management
• Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and commercial analysis
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, research, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
