Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition. This is a pure hunting role where you'll be responsible for building a sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch. Connect with Founders, CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, and other key decision-makers. Understand client requirements and present suitable HR solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve business development and revenue targets. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong cold calling and lead generation abilities. Confident in engaging with senior business leaders. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Experience in B2B business development, corporate sales, HR services, payroll, compliance, consulting, staffing, training, or related service industries is preferred. Experience working with startups and SMEs is an added advantage. Work Schedule: Location: BTM Layout or Basavanagudi, Bangalore Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office) Alternate Saturdays: Work from Home | 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
