Position Summary

We are scouting for a portfolio management professional specializing in new product introductions for small and large molecule portfolio,skilled in creating data-driven business-cases and long-term portfolio strategies.

Strong background with Pharma + MBA and a proven ability to deliver actionable strategic insights for portfolio and pipeline decisions.

KEY DELIVERABLES: ·

• Lead therapy area strategy, portfolio expansion, and long-range pipeline planning through lifecycle management (LCM), partnerships, and niche product development.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities and strategic assets through market landscaping, therapy gap analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct commercial assessment to evaluate opportunity potential, value drivers, and market attractiveness.
• Develop strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis to guide portfolio prioritization and long-term growth strategy. \
• Maintain pipeline tracking systems, portfolio dashboards, and strategic reports to support
• governance and leadership reviews.
• Therapy Gap analysis with Marketing,identification and selection of potential molecules,off-patent drugs over a 5 year window.

INCUMBENT COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and MBA (Pharmceutical Technology) from NIPER.
• Strategy and consulting pharmaceutical professional with 7 years of experience driving data-backed commercial decision making,corporate strategy, and business transformation initiatives across global pharma and life sciences.
• Strong expertise in commercial due diligence, market intelligence, growth strategy, and cross-functional program leadership.
