Role Description: The Graphic Designer conceptualizes and executes visual content across digital and print mediums to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business campaigns.

Key Responsibities:

• Visual Conception & Execution: Study project briefs to create design concepts, rough drafts, wireframes, and final layouts for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and brand identity materials.
• Brand Maintenance: Ensure all visual output strictly aligns with company brand guidelines, color palettes, and stylistic rules.
• Trend & Tool Research: Keep pace with design trends, software updates, and modern design techniques (e.g., motion graphics, AI design tools).

Required qualification and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong creative talent, typography, spatial layout, and brand execution across various projects.
• Work Experience: Typically 2+ years of professional experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment.

Hard and Technical Skills:

• Design Software: Mastery of industry-standard tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva).
• Design Fundamentals: Proficiency in typography, grid structures, color theory, image composition, and visual hierarchy.
